Meet Dr. Rutledge
Your Partner in Dental Health
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Rutledge earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2002. Since then, he has built a reputation for clinical excellence, advanced training, and a patient-first approach to care.
Dr. Rutledge has achieved Diplomate status with the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA)—the highest level attainable—demonstrating his advanced expertise in dental implant placement and restoration. He remains at the forefront of dentistry by participating in continuing education courses around the world and by volunteering his time and skills placing dental implants in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Rutledge’s approach focuses on identifying the underlying causes of dental concerns and developing comprehensive, long-term treatment plans. His goal is to help patients achieve improved oral health, increased self-esteem, and lasting comfort through personalized, high-quality care.
Meet Dr. Fard
Passionate About Smiles, Driven by Excellence
Dr. Nasrin Fard’s journey into dentistry began at the age of 16, inspired by her family’s background in medicine and her own passion for patient care. She earned her first dental degree (DMD) from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines, where she established a strong foundation in comprehensive dentistry.
In 2008, Dr. Fard opened her own private practice abroad, providing comprehensive dental services while continuously expanding her clinical expertise. Her dedication to lifelong learning led her to pursue advanced international continuing education courses in modern dental techniques and technology.
Dr. Fard later relocated to the United States, where she completed a Mastership Program in Implant Dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry. She then earned her second dental degree (DDS) from the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2021. During her training at USC, she focused on biomimetic and minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, with advanced experience in cosmetic procedures, implant placement, and bone grafting surgeries.
With over a decade of experience, Dr. Fard blends scientific precision with an artistic eye to help patients achieve natural-looking, healthy, and confident smiles.

Office Manager
Originally from Socal, Amanda Santillo moved here in 2013 and has been in the dental field for 13yrs serving several different roles. She takes pride in giving each patient a great dental experience along with taking care of all your insurance and financial needs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, be it being outdoors enjoying different activities or a quiet movie night at home.
Angie Templeton
Dental Hygienist
Angie’s beach themed room is a reflection of her love for the Atlantic ocean. Growing up in a Florida beach town, she returns for visits as often as she can. Now, living in the desert, she and her husband are in the process of building a home on 10 acres with the hopes of creating a hobby farm. When she is not working to make each patient feel completely comfortable and helping them achieve optimal oral health, you may find Angie reading, taking long walks with the family Border Collie or in her kitchen cooking. With over 15 years in the dental industry, she continues to be passionate about patient care and education.
Laura Peters
Dental Assistant
Originally from Ohio, Laura moved to Tucson in 2012 and has been in the dental field for more than 30yrs. She truly enjoys working in the dental field and has seen so many great changes in dentistry over the years. It gives her satisfaction being able to give her patients the best treatment and dental experience during their dental appointments. Laura is happily married to her wonderful husband Tim and they have 4 children (2 boys & 2 girls) that are now grown and have given her 2 beautiful grandchildren. She also has 2 grown stepchildren who have also given them 2 grandchildren as well. They built their dream home, a Quanset Hut in Marana, mostly by themselves which was quite an experience for them. They both love to create and have enjoyed their journey. In Laura’s spare time she enjoys riding horses and going country couples dancing as well as spending time with her 2 dogs and gardening.
Shannon Rogowski
Dental Hygienist
A Tucson native, Shannon earned her hygiene degree in 2005. She finds her profession to be highly rewarding in helping people achieve optimum oral health. She prides herself on providing the highest quality of care, pain free. Shannon is married with 2 children. In her free time you can find her in the gym and at the football/baseball field or volleyball court cheering on her kids.
Victoria Gregorie
Office Assistant
Victoria Gregorie was born in Russia and moved to the United States in 2005. Victoria has been working in the dental field for about three years as a dental assistant and is hoping to pursue dental hygiene in the future. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends on her days off.

Kristy Renda has been a part of the dental field since 1997 and has lived all over the country, working for several dentists over the years, learning new techniques along the way. Her husband is currently serving in the Air National Guard, which has moved her and their children all over the country, but they are hoping to make Tucson their forever home. In Kristy’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to her sons’ and husband’s hockey games.
